Kayleen Shen joined the firm in 2025 and is an investment operations associate.
Prior to joining Ferguson Wellman, Kayleen supported the trade processing desk at Raymond James, where she worked to enhance trade accuracy and streamline processes.
In her free time, Kayleen enjoys singing, cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time at museums and zoos with her family.
