Parking Please enter the parking garage at 775 SW Taylor Street. The parking garage entrance is on the right-hand side of SW Taylor Street.
Please proceed to Level B‑2 and park in one of the reserved Ferguson Wellman visitor spaces: #57, 59, 61, 63, 65. If the reserved spaces are occupied, visitor parking is available within the garage.
After parking, take the elevator from the garage to the Main Lobby (Level L). Please check in with the security desk upon arrival, and you will be directed to our office.
We can also validate parking at the Duniway Hotel, Pioneer Tower and any SmartPark garage.

Parking Please park in the City Center Bellevue garage at 500 108th Avenue NE. The entrance to the garage is to the immediate right of the building on 108th Avenue NE. Ferguson Wellman is located on the ninth floor in suite 950. From the parking garage, take the garage elevator to the main lobby. As you exit the garage elevator, you will see the building elevators to your left. Proceed to the right-hand bank of elevators. Using the call box, select Floor 9. Upon reaching our floor, you will see our offices to your immediate right. Please note that we do not validate or reimburse guests for street parking or parking in the El Gaucho garage.
