Portland Office Relocation FAQ

General Information

Q: What is the new address? 
A: Our new office will be located at 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR 97205.  

Q: When is the last day to visit the old office at 888 SW Fifth Avenue? 
A: Friday, April 24 

Q: When is the first day to visit the new office at 805 SW Broadway? 
A: Tuesday, May 26 

Q: Will there be any disruption to services during the move? 
A: No, we do not anticipate any disruption. Our team will remain fully accessible while working remotely. 

Q: Will in-person meeting options change? 
A: Yes, but only for a few weeks. The last day of meetings in our old office will be on Friday, April 24. Meetings in our new office will begin on Tuesday, May 26. Throughoutt his time, we will remain flexible in meeting clients outside of the office. We are always available for virtual or phone meetings. 

Mail and Package Delivery 

Q: When can I drop a check off or other paperwork at your old or new office? 
A: The last day to drop off a check or other paperwork at our old address is Friday, April 24. The first day at our new office will be Tuesday, May 26. 

Q: When/where can I send mail via USPS? 
A: Starting on May 18,  please address all mail to the new address at 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100. Our mail will continue to be forwarded for 12 months after the move but may be subject to additional delays. 

Q: When/where can I send packages (ex. FedEx, UPS, etc.)? 
A: Starting on May 18, please address all packages to the new address at 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100. Packages sent to the old address will not be accepted after that day. 

Visiting the New Office 

Q: Is parking available at the new location? 
A: Yes, a secure, onsite parking lot is available in the building and can be access [describe parking options]. Guests to our office will need to be verified by security on the first floor. 

Q: Will you offer parking validation at your new address? 
A: Yes. 

Q: Will you still validate at The Duniway Hotel if I park there instead? 
A: Yes, we can offer validation if you use the parking garage at The Duniway Hotel. 

Q: Is the new office accessible? 
A: Yes, the building is fully ADA compliant. 

Q: Will your phone number change? 
A: No, our office numbers will not change. Ferguson Wellman’s office number will remain (503) 226-1444 and West Bearing’s will remain (503) 417-1444. The toll-free number will also remain unchanged: (800) 327-5765. 

Q: Will office hours change? 
A: No, they will not change. Our office hours will remain Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
