Portland Office Relocation FAQ

Our Portland office relocation timeline has shifted. We now anticipate opening our new office on Monday, June 1, 2026. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates here. (Updated May 8, 2026)

General Information

Q: What is the new office address? 
A: 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR 97205

Q: When is the last day to visit the old office at 888 SW Fifth Avenue? 
A: Friday, April 24, 2026

Q: When is the first day to visit the new office at 805 SW Broadway? 
A: We currently anticipate welcoming clients to our new office on Monday, June 1. We will continue to update this page as our move timeline is finalized. (Updated May 8, 2026)

Q: Will my team remain available during the move?
A: Yes, our team will remain fully accessible while working remotely.

Q: Will your phone number change? 
A: No, our office numbers will not change. Ferguson Wellman’s office number will remain (503) 226-1444 and West Bearing’s will remain (503) 417-1444. Our toll-free number will also remain unchanged: (800) 327-5765. 

Q: Will office hours change? 
A: No, our office hours will remain Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Q: Will in-person meeting options change? 
A: Yes. We anticipate beginning meetings in our new office on Monday, June 1. During this transition period, our team will remain fully available and flexible in meeting clients outside of the office. We are always available for virtual or phone meetings. (Updated May 8, 2026)

Mail and Package Delivery 

Q: When can I drop a check off or other paperwork at your old or new office? 
A: We anticipate accepting in-person deliveries at our new office on Monday, June 1. Please contact our office if you need assistance during the transition period. (Updated May 8, 2026)

Q: When/where can I send mail via USPS? 
A: Through Monday, May 25, use our address at 888 SW Fifth Ave, Suite 1200, Portland, Oregon 97204. Starting on Tuesday, May 26, please address all mail to 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, Oregon 97205. (Updated May 8, 2026)

Q: When/where can I send packages (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)? 
A: Through Monday, May 25, use our address at 888 SW Fifth Ave, Suite 1200, Portland, Oregon 97204. Starting on Tuesday, May 26, please address all packages to 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, Oregon 97205. Packages sent to the old address will not be accepted after that day. Visiting the New Office 

Q: Is parking available at the new location? 
A: Yes, secure onsite parking is available in the building.

Q: Will you offer parking validation at your new address? 
A: Yes. 

Q: Will you still validate at The Duniway Hotel if I park there instead? 
A: Yes, we can offer validation if you use the parking garage at The Duniway Hotel. 

Q: Is the new office accessible? 
A: Yes, the building is fully ADA compliant.
