Portland Office Relocation FAQ

In May 2026, our office moved from 888 SW Taylor Street to 805 SW Broadway. In case you have not visited our office since our move, we wanted to share the following information:

General Information
Q: What is the new office address?
A: 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR 97205

Q: Has your phone number changed?
A: No, our office numbers have not changed. Ferguson Wellman’s office number is (503) 226-1444 and West Bearing’s is (503) 417-1444. Our toll-free number is (800) 327-5765.

Q: Have your office hours changed?
A: No, our office hours remain Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Q: Will in-person meeting options change?
A: No. We are open to meetings in the new office location and we are always available for virtual or phone meetings.

Mail and Package Delivery

Q: Can I drop a check off or other paperwork at the new office?
A: Yes. Security at the front desk can grant access to the 21st floor for a delivery.

Q: Where can I send mail via USPS?
A: Please address all mail to 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR, 97205. Our mail will continue to be forwarded for 12 months after the move, but may be subject to additional delays.

Q: Where can I send packages (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)?
A: Please address all packages to 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR, 97205. Packages sent to the old address will not be forwarded.

Visiting the New Office

Q: Is parking available at the new location?
A: Yes, secure onsite parking is available in the building. Please enter the parking garage at 775 SW Taylor Street. The parking garage entrance is on the right-hand side of SW Taylor Street. Please proceed to Level B 2 and park in one of the reserved Ferguson Wellman visitor spaces: #57, 59, 61, 63, 65. If the reserved spaces are occupied, visitor parking is available within the garage. We also validate parking at the Duniway Hotel, Pioneer Tower and any SmartPark garage. After parking, take the elevator from the garage to the Main Lobby (Level L). Please check in with the security desk upon arrival, and you will be directed to our office. Kindly bring your parking ticket to our reception desk for validation. We also validate at any SmartPark parking garage.

Q: Will you offer parking validation at your new address?
A: Yes.

Q: Will you still validate at The Duniway Hotel if I park there instead?
A: Yes, we can offer validation if you use the parking garage at The Duniway Hotel.

Q: Is the new office accessible?
A: Yes, the building is fully ADA compliant.
