Kirstin Havnaer joined the firm in 2017 and serves as senior vice president and head of Octavia Group, our private family office for Ferguson Wellman and West Bearing clients. In her role, she provides clients with assistance for a range of responsibilities, including expense management and reporting, insurance assessments, cybersecurity and technology support, tax documentation and coordination and other special projects. Kirstin serves on the firm’s diversity committee and is a shareholder of the firm.
Before joining Ferguson Wellman, Kirstin was a business owner for 15 years, working with high-net-worth individuals. She also held positions in healthcare logistics and higher education earlier in her career. She earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of Washington and her M.B.A. from Portland State University. She serves on the Marketing and Fund Development Committee for Meals on Wheels People.
In her free time, Kirstin enjoys spending time with family, taking in theater performances and hiking and camping in the Oregon Cascades.
