Samantha Hathhorn is an association family office advisor for Octavia Group, Ferguson Wellman and West Bearing’s private family office. Samantha joined the firm in 2025, and in her role, provides clients with assistance for a range of responsibilities, including bill pay, insurance assessments, cybersecurity and technology support, and tax documentation and coordination.
Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked at Lange Estate Winery and Vineyards as director of administration, as well as in the commercial real estate and healthcare industries.
