Michelle Drilling

Michelle Drilling joined the firm in 2026 and serves as a client relationship associate working with the clients of Mary Lago. She assists clients through transferring and distributing assets, generating tax information, distributing performance reports, setting up new accounts and handling special requests.

Prior to joining Ferguson Wellman, Michelle spent nearly the last decade in business operations in venture capital. In her previous position, she worked hand in hand with the managing partner to lead strategy and execution across all the firm's business operations, relationship management, communications and branding. She earned her B.S. in philosophy from Santa Clara University.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys yoga, tennis, skiing, hiking and spending time with her husband and three dogs.
