Kirstin Havnaer is a senior vice president and head of Octavia Group, our private family office for Ferguson Wellman and West Bearing clients. She joined the firm in 2017, and in her role, provides clients with assistance for a range of responsibilities, including expense management and reporting, insurance assessments, cybersecurity and technology support and tax documentation and coordination.
Before joining Ferguson Wellman, Kirstin was a business owner for 15 years, working with high-net-worth individuals. She also held positions in healthcare logistics and higher education earlier in her career.
