Joe Brooks is a member of Ferguson Wellman’s investment and trading departments, based in Portland, Oregon. He joined the firm in 2006 and serves on the firm’s fixed income team, where he is responsible for tax-exempt fixed income trading and municipal bond portfolio management. Joe is also a shareholder of the firm.
Prior to joining Ferguson Wellman, Joe was a senior bank teller at Chase Bank.
