Ezra Kover is the chief compliance officer at Ferguson Wellman, based in Portland, Oregon. He joined the firm in 2020 and in his role, oversees all compliance and regulatory overview of firm activities, policies and procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ezra practiced law as an attorney in Portland, and as in-house counsel in Colorado and New York. He is admitted to the bar in Oregon and New York.
