Charissa Anderson, CFP®, CDFA®, joined Ferguson Wellman in 2017 and is an executive vice president of portfolio and wealth management. She is a shareholder of the firm and a member of both the management committee and wealth management committee. She also chairs the firm’s practice management committee.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Charissa advises clients on managing and preserving wealth, in alignment with their long-term goals. Her approach is grounded in disciplined planning and investment counsel. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®) and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®, she provides thoughtful guidance in situations requiring nuanced financial analysis, including divorce and other significant life transitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Charissa advised high-net worth clients in the private bank divisions of Umpqua Private Bank and Bank of America, where she specialized in comprehensive wealth management strategies. She holds a B.S. in psychology from Portland State University and earned her Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Portland.
Outside the office, Charissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
