He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®) and adheres to a disciplined approach and process to fully understand his clients’ goals and then provide the best financial and investment counsel. In his role at the firm, Josh works as portfolio and wealth manager with individual and institutional clients concentrated in Portland, Vancouver, Eugene, Bend, Medford, Spokane and throughout California. He possesses a range of professional experiences that enable him to provide a high level of client service and guidance on investment management and planning. Josh leads our practice management committee and is a member of the firm’s wealth management team. He is also a principal shareholder of the firm. \r\n\r\nPrior to joining West Bearing, Josh worked as a financial advisor and retirement planning specialist for Merrill Lynch. He also gained experience in marketing and business development through his work at General Motors R*Works and EJ Gallo Winery after college. He earned his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from the University of Oregon.
