Samantha Pahlow, CTFA

Senior Vice President

Samantha Pahlow, CTFA, joined Ferguson Wellman in 2018 as senior vice president and portfolio manager. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) with over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Samantha helps individual clients and their families manage and protect their wealth through wealth planning, investment management and legacy guidance. She is passionate about working collaboratively with our clients and their tax and legal advisors to create financial wealth plans that will achieve their goals in a well thought-out and cohesive manner. 

Prior to joining Ferguson Wellman, Samantha worked as senior vice president and private wealth director at Riverview Trust Company and as a wealth advisor for Wells Fargo Private Bank, where she helped high-net-worth individuals navigate the complexities of their personal wealth. Prior to her career in wealth management, Samantha was a practicing CPA at Pittman & Brooks and Moss Adams LLP, where she focused on accounting and tax compliance for business owners and their families. 

Pahlow earned her B.S. in business administration and accounting from Portland State University, graduating magna cum laude. She serves on the board of directors for Young Audiences of Oregon and Southwest Washington. She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Portland Conference Committee and a member of the Financial Planning Association Seminar Committee and Portland State University Accounting Mentorship Program.

In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with her husband, Erik, and their two children. They enjoy the outdoors, Pacific Northwest food and wine and travel with friends and family.
