Many of our employees came to Ferguson Wellman with education, experience and accreditation that demonstrated their ability to create and manage customized investment portfolios for our clients. Others came to the firm with experience from a broader range of industries, enabling us to employ best practices in investment services, communication, education, analysis and technology.

Close to 75 percent of our 39 employees are Ferguson Wellman shareholders. Since 2007, a percentage of outstanding shares have been sold between the board of directors and seven senior vice presidents. This is an ongoing exchange to transition ownership.
